NTS Edusys Refund Policy
At NTS EDUSYS, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers and have adopted a flexible cancellation and refund policy. Below are the details of our policy:
1. *Order Cancellations:*
– Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
– Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
2. *Non-Cancellable Items:*
– NTS EDUSYS does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, food items, etc.
– Refunds or replacements can be issued if the customer provides evidence that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.
3. *Damaged or Defective Items:*
– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
– The request will be considered once the merchant has inspected and confirmed the issue on their end.
– If the received product does not match the description on the site or your expectations, notify our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. Our team will review the complaint and make an appropriate decision.
4. *Products with Manufacturer Warranties:*
– For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for any complaints.
5. *Refund Processing:*
– In cases where a refund is approved by NTS EDUSYS, it will take 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to the customer’s account.
